Unable to Schedule a Lync Meeting as a Delegate
This document explains why users are unable to schedule a meeting request on behalf of someone else.
When attempting to schedule a Lync meeting as a delegate (on behalf of another user), users will receive an error message saying "you do not have permissions to schedule online meetings on behalf of the owner of this account." This is because in order to schedule a meeting as a delegate in Lync, you need either Lync to phone or Enterprise Voice feature (which supports call forwarding), which the UWCX Office 365 Plan A2 does not support.
