Setting Internet Explorer in Compatibility View
Generally, when a webpage does not show properly, it is because you are in a browser that does not support the webpage, or you may not be in the most updated version of your browser, which can also cause problems. The solution to this is to put that page into compatibility mode, which will allow you to view and navigate the page unhindered.
How to set your Internet Explorer browser to compatibility view if a page is not showing.
1. While in your browser, navigate to the page you want to set in compatibility view.
2. Once there, select the "Tools" option from the menu bar (shown as a gear in the top right in newer versions of IE). Select "Compatibility View Settings" from the drop down menu.
3. The URL of the current page will already appear in the "Add this Website" bar. Select "Add."
3. Once you have selected "Add," all the URL's you have added to compatibility mode will show up in the box below. Your newly added website will pop up there as well.
4. Close the window.
