Removing a mailbox from my folder list in Outlook 2010

Step to removing an account from Outlook 2010 folder lists

Outlook 2010

  1. Click File, Info, Account Settings, Account Settings.
  2. Click Change.
  3. Click More Settings.
  4. Click Advanced Tab.
  5. Highlight the mailbox that you want to remove and click Remove.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click Finish and Close.
