Outlook 2016 Email Account Setup (Mac OSX)
This explains how UW-Colleges and UW-Extension can setup Outlook 2016 on OSX.
Notes: Lync 2016 or Skype for Business is not currently available for Macs, they will need to use Lync 2011. Details for installation for IT Staff can be found at the end of this article
1. Click "Add Account" as shown below
2. Click "Exchange or Office 365"
3. Fill out the account information box as it appears below:

|Method||"User Name and Password"|
|User Namefirstname.lastname@example.org (same as before)|
|Password||Normal UWC or UWEX Password|
|Configure Automatically||Leave checked|
4. Click "Add Account" and wait for the server connection and your inbox to populate.
Lync Installation: Go to \\citpsrv001v\lync\Mac to download Lync_MAc_2011_All.dmg and lync_188.8.131.52205.dmg and install them in that order.
