Class Climate - Editing the Number of Course Participants

This document explains how an administrator can change number of participants for a course in the Class Climate course evaluation system.

Class Climate is a campus enterprise course evaluation system used by UW Colleges to evaluate instructors for purposes of tenure, promotion, merit, and retention. By Senate policy, the Student Survey of Instruction will be administered for all courses every third semester, and may be administered for other courses upon request.

In order for the response rate to be accurate in the final report, an administrator should edit the number of participants if there is a discrepancy between the number of people enrolled in PRISM and the number of course participants in Class Climate.

Go to the CITS Training document Editing the Number of Course Participants for instructions on the process.
