Introducing the new document edit screen!

The new document edit screen will be available to all KB groups the afternoon of September 18th, 2025. Read on for more information on what this change entails.
The KB Team is excited to announce that we will be making the new KB document edit screen available to all KB group spaces beginning on the afternoon of September 18th, 2025! This update comes with the following key changes:

The new edit screen will become the default option when creating a new document or editing an existing document.

Status names will be updated across the KB Admin Tools to reflect the labels used in the new doc edit screen (though underlying workflows will remain the same).
