KB User's Guide - Documents Tab - Why are some links on the left grayed out?

Access to certain features depends on the Publish rights settings found in the Users tab.

The following links on the left-side of the Documents Tab will be grayed out if a user does not have Publish rights. Specifically, this means the user will not have access to this functionality.

Links controlled by Publish rights:

  • Review Reminder
  • Batch Update
  • Batch Access Change
  • Batch Transfer
  • Find & Replace
  • Import & Export
  • Broken Links
To update a user's access, KB Admins may modify user permissions so the functionality above becomes accessible. For more information, please see KB User's Guide - Users Tab - Viewing, Updating and Deleting Users.
