In the downloaded client, yes, you can save to external drives.

In the browser version, you will be unable to save to an external drive.

In the downloaded client, yes, you can use keyboard shortcuts.

In the browser version, some keyboard shortcuts will not work.

In the downloaded client, you will only be able to use the computer on which you downloaded the Lab client.

If you are using a browser, you can use any computer with an appropriate, up-to-date browser to access the Virtual Lab.

The downloaded client should automatically identify how many monitors you are using and fit to your display.

If you are using a browser, you will need to manually set multiple monitors each time you log in.
