Virtual Lab Connectivity Info

This article will help explain the connection issue users may be experiencing with the Virtual Lab, and what steps to take to retry connecting.
Some Virtual Lab users are reporting intermittent connectivity messages as seen below:

windows loading
(Windows loading message)

windows failed
(Windows failed connection message)

mac failed
(Mac failed connection message)

These messages are sporadic and are not affecting all users at this time. Should you encounter any of the waiting messages above and are not connected into the lab, please try the following:

1) Wait a couple of minutes and try to establish a new connection
