Launch Child VMs in Virtual Lab

This document will walk you through how to launch the child VMs using HyperV Manager in the Virtual Lab.
  1. When you launch the Virtual Lab, make sure you wait for the machine information to display in the top right corner. This should indicate that your virtual machine is fully ready.

  2. Next, launch the Hyper-V Manager from the start menu or the icon on the desktop.

  3. You may need to double-click the Hyper-V Manager to get the child VMs to display.

  4. To start a child VM, right click it and choose "Start."

  5. You will be able to see that the VM is running.

  6. To turn off the VM, right click it and select "Turn Off."
