Gmail addresses experiencing difficulties due to recent updates

10/4/18 UPDATE: This has been resolved.
We are working on resolutions to these issues, however, we have some workarounds currently in place:
- If you are not receiving a D2L password reset e-mail, please submit a ticket to let us know. Please include the following: new (non-Gmail) e-mail address in the "Your E-mail" section and an explanation that you will need a password reset sent to your non-Gmail e-mail address.
- If you are attempting to respond to an e-mail with our team, but are receiving a message indicating that your ticket could not be updated, please submit a new ticket and include a new (non-Gmail) e-mail address in the "Your E-mail" section. Please let us know what happened and we will be happy to work with you in the new e-mail address.
