Flex Check-in - Troubleshooting and Tips
If you run into difficulties submitting your Flex Check-in (FCI), please try the below:
- Try a new web browser. Chrome is preferred, but Firefox works well, too. Canvas no longer supports Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies
- Be sure to try it on a desktop or laptop - the Canvas mobile app may struggle with this third-party tool.
- Try a different computer, if possible.
