Adding or Changing Okta Devices

Adding an Additional Device (recommended)
- Sign in to your account (myapps.wisconsin.edu)
- Click Setup for Okta Verify
- Have the QR code ready to scan
- In the Okta Verify app, click the plus button in the top right.
- Select Organization
- Choose Skip when asked to add account from another device.
- Select Ready to Scan and scan the QR code present on your device.
- You have setup Okta Verify for mobile and can continue on the browser.
Changing Your Device
- When getting a new phone, be sure to remove the Okta connection from the old phone before you get rid of it.
- On the old phone, open the Okta Verify app and tap the arrow in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account at the bottom. This will remove the device from your Okta account.
- Now you can add your new phone following the above on this page.
